The proposed development beside lake Taupo looks to explore opportunities for multiple AirBnB rentals, and a potential for a small commercial office or similar, replacing an existing single dwelling currently used as an office.

This development is built up from two modules of three units, with the rear module rotated 90 degrees from the front module. Therefore totaling 6 rental units.
On the ground floor each module has 2x 1 bed units, and is slit in half by the stair access to the upper 2 bedroom unit.
There is also the alternative option to make either of the 1 bedroom units a commercial space.
